| Sumár projektu: | The project background is a strong desire from all partner schools to engage in international cooperation on historical and social issues with a focus on Europe's historical development and current challenges, and what young people think about and wish to do about these challenges. The participating schools are from Croatia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Turkey and Denmark and all have a profile of high professionalism, inclusion of pupils with social and academic challenges, international cooperation and a humanistic perspective. The goal of the project is that the students in the different schools develop a setting marked by civility and democratic outlook, and that they have created a historical understanding and democratic skills. During the course, they work with 7 different topics, ranging from young people living in an increasingly digitized world to how the idea of Europe developed. This leads to producing an app that allows you to work with historical issues and democratic processes. In addition, our results will be disseminated to the European Commission which may give them an insight into how young people in different parts of Europe think of our continent. Methodically and didactically the project is based on an evaluation model developed in Norway named Smtte, thoughts of cultural education and 21st Century Learning Skills. |
